Do you have to scrape the plaque off after soaking or does it come right off?

If it isn't to bad it comes right off

Yes it does. This is the best product out there. For difficult stains you have to soak dentures over night.

What are all the directions that are on the product!

Removes: Tobacco, coffee, tea, iron, calcium, calculus, plaque and tarter. Use 1 teaspoon of powder per cup of warm water. Stir solution thoroughly in a denture bath. Do not soak metal partial dentures for more than 20 minutes. Immerse dental appliance for 20 minutes. Extremely dentures or heavy build-up of calculus and tarter may require overnight soaking. Important: Dentures with soft liner should not be soaked for more than 20 minutes per soaking. Safety Caution: Renew is not to be taken internally... Rinse the dental appliance thoroughly before using. A few other precautions are included.
