There is not a grid accessory for this panel. However an 18" grid from a beauty dish or another light could be mounted with gaffers tape or a clamp if desired.

What do you use to mount this?

It has standard 1/4"-20 threaded female mounting points and comes with a mini ball head that attached to those points. The bottom of this ball head can be put in a cold shoe, screwed onto a light stand, tripod or clamp.

Is there a difference in light quality between the c-300r and the c-300rs? is the only difference the color temperature?

The C-300R is Daylight only 5600k - 865Lx. Where the C-300RS is Dual Color 3200k - 355Lx, 5600k - 365Lx
