If your hair (after you blow dry it) is dry, thick and stiff - don't panic! It happened to me the second time I used the product (first time came out perfect). After you blow dry it, it should appear somewhat straight, but the 2nd time using the product, after blow drying, my hair was super dry, thick and stiff. I instantly knew, I used too much. DON'T USE TOO MUCH! But all I did was wash it with their shampoo and conditioner - though, in the past I have washed it and conditioned it with my own shampoo and noticed no difference - but use theirs to be on the safe side) then I blew it dry again ( I also spray it with IC heat protectant first).... and it was back to normal! Not dry or stiff. Somewhat straight and super easy to flat iron! If washing and conditioning doesn't work - wash and condition it twice. Love this product! It doesn't damage my hair (like relaxers) and best of all, humidity doesn't cause it to swell up!!! Even light rain doesn't effect it! PS: I would say I have fine 4B hair ...

I have been using this product for over 3 years and I love it. After my first bout with breast cancer my hair broke off really badly so I had to cut all of my hair off. Nothing I tried helped my hair to regrow without breakage until I tried the Beautiful Textures kit. Not only did it help to straighten my hair but it also helped to grow my hair. I now have shoulder length hair. Even though I had a second occurrence of breast cancer the breakage this time is minimal and already growing back. For those that complain that this product doesn't work I say give it time. You need to use it about 2/3 times before you can really see the results you are looking for. You need to take your time when you blow dry and when you flat press your hair (you have to do it in small sections when you flat press your hair). I can now press my hair just by blow drying it. When I flat press my hair it comes out like a silk press.

It didn’t work for my hair texture. I’ve saw lots of great reviews for this product however after a day my leave out started to puff out. I followed the directions step by step. I will not be purchasing again. On the bright side as soon as I washed it, it reverted back to my curls.

It has been 2 yrs since I started my natural journey. And let me tell you it has really been a journey. I loving my decision to go natural, however I miss my straight look. So I researched for something that I can use with out going bk to a relaxer and I came across Beautiful Texture. After watching videos and reading the reviews I decided to try it. It did make my hair straight but it lasted two days . I’m figuring that it could be because this is the first time since I became natural to attempt to straighten my hair and it’s not yet use to bring straight. So I’m going to reattempt to flat iron. And come bk with a another review. When I received the packaged the box was all banged up but the product wasn’t damaged. Also after shaking the conditioner well, the conditioner was still a little watery I’m not sure if that how it’s supposed to be. When using the shampoo It was easy to use it did burn a little and it also have a small odor that wasn’t pleasant. I give this product a 8 1/2 out of a 10 because it still did the job despite the issue I have with my hair.

I am not putting another perm in my hair ever again. My daughter who is a licensed Natural hair stylist suggested that I use this product and my babygirl was RIGHT! This was very easy to use. I didn't flat iron my hair which is very corse and it came out straight enough to manage. I did put a rinse dye after the second shampoo and then completed the 3rd shampoo as required and my hair looks and feels amazing. Highly recommend for woman who doesn't want to use perms. Next time I will try to put a permanent dye in and see how that works. Hope this helps.

My sister showed me this product a few yrs back and I've been using it every since, I don't use it all the time only when I want to switch up my hair style from my curls. The first two times my hair only stayed straight for about a week or two, but after the third time it did stay straight for about a month and a half. I like it because once I wash my hair it goes right back to it's natural texture just don't over heat your hair. No lie if it wasn't for this I would probably have to perm my hair in order for it to stay straight especially in the summer but I have no plans on perming my hair anymore.

I will say that the product did deliver on straightening the hair. After the application, blow dry, and flat iron my hair looked amazing. However, once I was in a humid area, frizz and puffy 😔. I do have 4b/c hair for reference.

It works! I have natural hair and my flat iron style would only last maybe a hour in the house lol before it poofed up, smh! I live in Texas so trust me when I say buy it! I wore my flattie for 2 weeks wrapping it at night with no issues. Just washed it today using the shampoo and conditioner it came with and let me tell you it still looks like when I first used the product. I could tell my curls where loose after the first wash but I really didn't mind because my curls kink up after I wash so it was easier to maintain. I let it air dry after my first wash and used my blow dryer just to make sure it was fully dry and it was so manageable. I love it and will use it again! It is a chemical but better than using that creamy crack lol. Just make sure you follow the instructions and do not add any other products until after you are done. I used a little serum just to lay down the fly aways and it is still bouncy... I love it!
