Bought these for my mother, she rates them as the best knives she has ever used. Loves them. Super sharp which makes them safer to use.

I'm very impressed so far. The knives arrived next day. They are very sharp and have the feel and quality of much more expensive knives. Nice and comfortable to hold and use - should be a very welcome addition at Christmas and ideal for carving meat and prepping all the other food.

According to my wife they are very sharp and well balanced. They can cut a fine or a chunky slice of meat effortlessly. She actually prefers using them (because of the handles as she has bad arthritis and they are easier to grip) to the way more expensive Santoku she already had. She is so happy with them that I am now going to have to order the rest of the knives in this manufacturers range (I have found 9 of them up to now and will have to import them as unfortunately they are not on sale in the UK). Only niggle I could think of is the plastic blade guards are only a small one (about 1 1/2") that go over the knife points and not the full blade, but that is easy fixed by getting some third party ones as I could not recommend just chucking them in the kitchen draw with out them if you like your fingers.

I waited to use this for a few weeks before I wrote this review. They look great and they come in a nice box. Generally I like them, but I think they're over-priced for what you get. They need sharpening out of the box. Bit frustrating but it seems to be a trend with knives these days. They're really heavy. For a lot of chopping, you're really getting a workout. However, the do make light work if root veg which is nice. The back of the blade is thick and acutely square cut. My grip is over part of the handle and part of the blade. The square cut edge digs into my finger and at one point I had a blister. They do hold their edge well and require minimal maintenance. Overall, not too bad, but not my go to knife.

Oltre a piacermi esteticamente molto, ma questo è ovviamente soggettivo, trovo questi coltelli molto comodi e funzionali. Pensanti ma non troppo (un coltello troppo leggero non ha lama), impugnatura comoda e lama di ottima fattura. Non affilatissimi ma tant'è sono per un utilizzo amatoriale quindi meglio così non ci si taglia appena arrivati 😁 Se dovessi fare un paragone sono appena al di sotto, secondo me, a quelli della Sanelli (nota marca per professionisti) ma esteticamente più belli. Il taglio è ottimo e preciso

Die Messer sind sehr exquisit, die Verpackung ist sehr vernünftig und der Messerkopf hat eine Schutzhülle. Und die Qualität des Produkts ist großartig, keine Premiummarke, aber die Qualität ist vergleichbar. Ich habe versucht, Gemüse und Hühnchen zu schneiden, es ist sehr scharf und mühelos und die Haut ist leicht zu schneiden. Ich habe schon einige Messer von schlechter Qualität verwendet, und die Häute sind sehr schwer zu schneiden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Tatsache, dass solche Requisiten zu einem so erschwinglichen Preis gekauft werden können.
