Can't begin to explain how happy I am with this shampoo. I've been searching for years for a decent shampoo for my oily/wavy hair. I'm switching from Lush's store brand : Wasabi Shan Kui and that shampoo is notorious for leaving dandruff as well as having your hair feel dry and fizzy after a wash. No such problems with this shampoo. The scent is noticeable but not overbearing. Hair feels refreshed afterwards, and all my issues with dandruff and dry/fizzy hair are gone! Overall very happy with this product, its cheap, but beats out other high end shampoos which cost 2x-3x more. I have since purchased the refill pack. This will be my main shampoo moving forward. Definitely give it a shot!

Excellent shampoo

After loving the Perfect Repair Hair Mask from NatureLab. TOKYO I thought I would give the shampoo and conditioner a try. I was not disappointed! I love its clean, bamboo scent and how hydrating it is. The bottle is a fun shape and larger than I expected! I love that it has a pump for precise and convenient application. However, $15 is a bit of a steep price point but at least it works!! No residue and I haven't had any dandruff while using this product. My hair feels clean without feeling striped or dried out! I'm glad I gave it a try! I wish it was more color safe, however, it preserves color more than other shampoos! The hair mask from is line is my favorite on the market and I'm glad I took the plunge!

Sometimes, writing these reviews is SO HARD! I gave the product 4 stars for innovative packaging (love) and a fabulous scent. As far as my hair, that's where it became more difficult. It suds up really nice and as I said, smells great. But after my hair dried, it was limp. This is probably not the fault of the shampoo as I have difficult hair. It's neither straight or curly, just kind of naturally frizzy. I normally use a baby shampoo to avoid chemicals but they offer no suds. All in all, I would order this again but use as a body wash. That's what we did with it after I determined it wouldn't work well on my hair. The family loves it for that. Hope that helps!

has a great clean smell, leaves hair feels moisturized and healthy! Definitely worth it for price. works great on colored hair doesn’t wash out color makes color last longer and is refillable!

I don’t usually leave feedback but in this case I felt I needed to let you know....the reason I gave it 3 stars was because it’s a great product if you have virgin hair....it striped the color completely out....it left my hair feeling and looking great, I barely lost hair, when I shampooed, but now I have to redo my color.... great product otherwise, but in my case, it was not color proof!

Lathers great but doesn't feel like it's stripping my hair on rinse. Fragrance is light-herbal, very subtle in this day of way-over-fragranced products. It's a day later now and my air feels great.

Worked pretty good, nothing too crazy. A bit on the pricey side for what it does but didn't do anything bad. Smells good!

Love this product. Looking forward to trying out more.
