I've been looking for something like this for a while now. A great waterproofer for my Jesmonite items, especially plant pots. Very easy to use, just mix with the required amount of water and keep in a closed container when not in use. Will last for ages.

I have been trying different sealing products for our concrete driveway ever since it was installed in 1999. There were products that work Ok ranging from hardware store to specialty store but I was never overly impressed by the result but we put up with those sealing product until this year! After much research we came across the Eco Advance Waterproofer Concentrate and there are good reviews by users! The cost is no worse than what I have been using but the difference showed up on how easy to apply and how well the result showed up after the very first rain fall! I will certainly recommend it and I did to my two neighbours already!!

Project ... weather sealing a 30 feet high field stone and mortar chimney. Decided to use a small hand sprayer. Gave me more control on spraying specific spots which are more exposed to the elements. If too much product applied on one spot, streaking will occur and show running down on stones. I was able to control that with the small hand sprayer. Was able to do three light coats using all 16 oz. Suggest wearing a mask not to breathe in the overflowing mist. Just had a nice downpour recently and it appears this product does what it is intended for. The rain water is now streaking down the stones and mortar. Happy with the results.

I had a leaking brick as in the image. I applied several coat of this product with only 2 bottles and so far afterwards no leaks. Brick still looks normal. I haven't observed water beading maybe because it's a vertical surface but no leaks this far. I applied several coats wet on wet i.e as soon as the surface absorbed the product I applied another. So far there's no water getting past. Before applying this product water used to get past the brick and into the home. 2 wind driven rain and nothing so I want to believe it works. 4 star because only time would tell as product says 5 year efficacy.
