My white wall tires are yellowed, not dirty. Will this restore the white color?

I'm sorry but I don't have white walls so I really can't say.

Will this product damage a wire wheels finish?

No it will not. I have premium wheel covers on my 300C and have not seen any discoloration and I have used it for years now. Hope that helps.

Does get rid of yellow white wall to white?

Six months ago I purchased new tires without the white lettering. It did a great job of bringing those white letters back from the brake dust and curb scrapes.

I never use a tire shine product. Sometimes after cleaning the tire with Bleche Wite I put a light coat of a 50/50 mix of Armour All and water. I prefer a dark tire but not really shiny.
