I will post an update if anything major changes but as of right now these switches are solid. They have a nice feeling switch and they handle the lower loads great. I haven't had anything more powerful then a Dremel (using an inverter) running off of them but they ran that fine. I would highly recommend this if you just want an easy way to give switched power to basic things for your car. It has simple mounting and simple wiring so it should be an easy install and they are fused which is a great safety to have. Overall it's a great product

Ok, I love the off road overlanding scene. And there are folks out there that needs the best and will pay for the best. I understand that and it's nothing wrong with wanting the best for your specific needs. For a casual off road camper, I don't need to spend top dollar stuff on my old rig, just products that are capable and almost if not just as good for a much better price. Rigid lights and Spod controllers are the cream of the crop, but out of my budget. Did some research and in comes Auxbeam the contender. I researched reviews on this brand and products before deciding to go and give them a try. So far I love it, it does the same thing the Spod does, just minus a bluetooth option and of course more quality materials used at a really good price. 8/15/23 Item installed in a 1995 Toyota 4Runner powering 1)- front bumper LED lights, 2) - 42.5" roofbar LED, 3) - hood LED ditch lights, 4) - Aux for bumper city driving lights, 5) - LED rock lights, 6) - LED left side roof lights, 7) - LED right side roof lights, 8) - LED back rear roof lights. The 3rd picture is a transparent plastic cover that comes with it for use in wet or dusty conditions. The 6th picture shows a plastic piece on top to protect from water just in case, but removable for servicing. It is a doable do it yourself job, but I needed alot of stuff hooked up to it and I took it to a local reputable shop to have it installed properly. I love this product. Because of the price I can finally finish my truck with the lighting the way I want it for my needs without breaking the bank. If my job was a wildlife photographer or anything that requires living off grid for a long period of time, I would go with the best because to have a cheap product fail in the middle of nowhere and Amazon cant deliver the part to you, sucks. But I am neither, just a casual 6 to 8 camping trips a year job permitting, to go have fun. If any lighting or components fail or get stolen, easily replaceable and cheap. Now all I need is a week off so I can go camping and test out my lights doing night trails. Will update if it has any issues in the future with use. Hope the pics help.

When I hooked it up with the red and black wires it did not work. I hooked up the red and ACC wire both to 12 volt power and then it worked fine. The instructions didn't say much about the if the ACC wire needed to be connected too they were very minimal in details. Once it powered up the quality of the images, display and the camera quality are very nice.

So I only hooked up two off-road light systems initially. A small red light on each switch stays on all the time, when you toggle a switch, the larger main power light comes on to the far left. At first I started to reverse the wiring, but then I remembered that over the years in my police cars, the systems always had a toggle switch lighting up so you knew which and where to reach for in the dark. That system would then have a brighter blinking light come on to tell you that something outside the car was "on". So now in the dark while driving, I can see all 6 switches dimly lit up, but I know nothing is "on" outside the truck since the larger light is not on. As for the wiring itself, I pulled the wires out of the cheap toggles that were up there before. Basically the cheap toggle white + wire went to the colored switch wire, the toggle center blue wire H went to the both red wires (hot) and the toggle black wire - went to the black wire from the box.

I personally connected it to my car external lights, so useful made my adventures easy 👍
