My knife has painted handle not high quality wood Pakkawood as it says in the advertisement. The knife is all metal! Anyone else had this issue?

The one I revcieved has the wood handles as shown in the picture.

Where is it made? Not where is it designed & engineered.

The specs on Amazon say "Manufacturer: Mueller, Austria" and the blade itself is stamped "Austria." That's all I know.
