Initial impression (see edit below that explains the 5th star: I have not had this long so I will add or delete a star in the future as I see how it holds up. That said, excellent seller/manufacturer communication BEFORE I even received the charger. The unit itself is charging my iPhone SE2, Apple Watch 8, and a pair of wireless earphones (Tozo T6 in their magnetic case). I can't speak to rapid charging because I'm not sure any of my devices support that, but they do seem to charge in the expected time using their own supplied charging cables. The green light only shows when you immediately place the iPhone on it to show it has connected and is charging. It turns off quickly thereafter so I see no issues with it nearby when sleeping. I will give an update after a few months of use, but looks like a winner to me at a fair price. EDIT: While my unit is no longer under warranty, I was having problems with it holding the connection with my Apple Watch and iPhone. So, I just reached out to the seller, CIYOYO Direct, to see if they might walk me through with troubleshooting. I received almost immediate response from Darcy via Amazon email system and we worked through what might be the problem. Updated IOS for both iPhone and Apple watch? Yup. No really bulky case on the iPhone? Nope. Using the original cord? Yup. Plugged into a USB outlet that works for other items? Yup. Unplugged and re-plugged to try again? Yup. While I'd bet this would work for a multitude of issues, (so I list some of them here), the seller decided to send me a replacement free of charge. Now THIS is good service! I had not expected a replacement. So, I want to thank this seller for their professionalism and add a 5th star to my review rating. I likewise hope that after relating my very positive experience, no one takes unjustified advantage of their attempt to fully stand behind their product. Needless to say, I am very pleased and will buying additional units for family members soon! Good product and good seller.

An excellent charging station--compact and capable of charging three devices at a time--phone, watch, and air pods. Very reasonably priced as well!

We purchased two of these chargers in August of 2023. In January 2024, we experienced a problem with one in the section that charges the iPhone. We followed the trouble shooting advise provided but charger still not working. Upon contacting CIYOYO they responded within 24 hours and asked us to check if original adapter was being used. We replied Yes it was. Next CIYOYO asked for the Amazon Order Number and pictures of the labels on both the charger and the adapter. We sent that the same day it was requested. The following day they informed us that they were shipping a new charger and it should arrive the next day, which it did. I have spent a large portion of my life in the Automotive industry working in Quality Assurance having to work with teams dealing with product quality issues. I wish every Supplier responded the way CIYOYO did when we encounter an issue with their product. They truly do follow up with service and honor their warranty when needed. Thank you again CIYOYO for your diligence and timely resolution. It's nice to see a company that takes just as much pride in their service as they do their product.

My brother has this device and it works great. It fits on my nightstand wonderfully and takes up less real estate since it sits up. Unlike the Apple Qi charger, you can mount and dismount this with one hand since it doesn't have the magnetic pull. I definitely recommend this product if your current charger is starting to get worn or the lightning port is plain becoming unreliable. I still can't give this a perfect rating because I ordered this product twice and within 24 hours it just stopped working. It won’t light up and won’t charge my device. I used the provided cable and adapter. Thankfully returning it is pretty straightforward. After the second return, the company reached out to me and sent me another device free of charge. This one has been working wonderfully. If you do decide to purchase this product, be sure to maintain the packaging for at least a week to make the return easier.

I really love how it pulls all my devices in to one tidy little spot! No more cords! I like the wood look, very modern, but has a bit more of a red tone to it that I thought it would, but I still like it. The base has a thin illuminated ring that glows green when it is not charging and 'breathes' blue when it is charging. TIP: If you have AirPods 2nd Gen Model A1602 (go to settings, bluetooth, AirPods for the model #), they will NOT charge on this charger. The enclosed documentation does stat this but it is super tiny print, and how many of us actually read those inserts? Except maybe a few of us control freak types. It seems to charge a a decent rate, but it isn't lightning fast, so just be aware of that. All in all, it's a great, tidy little charger and now that I have done the trial run, I can order one for hubby too.

This charging station is amazing, I wish I had found it on Amazon a long time ago, the charging speed is fantastic and I was so pleased to get rid of all my cords and now I can use one cord and charge my iPhone, my watch and my Air Pods all at one time!

I ordered this product in April and loved the convenience and design and that it didn’t take up space on my side table. Unfortunately, after a couple of months, it started blinking at night and wasn’t charging properly. Having been over the 30 day return policy I wrote a less than positive review. Within a couple of days I received a message from the seller telling me that they would happily return my money. I accepted that offer and they did send a full refund. Additionally, they offered to replace the item at no cost. I did not respond right away, so they reached out a second time. I felt bad accepting the offer since they had already refunded me, but they insisted that the product had a two year warranty and they wanted to ensure that I was happy. I have had such a positive experience with Kat, their customer service representative. This company went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and made whole.

**READ FIRST** This charger works but you gotta use your own c cord. The one that came with it wouldn’t connect all the way so it didn’t charge my iPhone but charged my Apple Watch and air pods. After creating a return label, I tried it 1 more time with another c cord from something else, and it worked flawlessly bc the cord successfully plugged all the way into charging device, unlike the c cord that came with purchase.

This charger stopped working after a month. It doesn’t charge my phone at all and I’ve missed the return window. I thought maybe it was me, not putting the phone on the charger properly but no. We went away for 6 weeks and the last 3 days it hasn’t charged my phone at all!! Extremely disappointing since I ordered 4 of them for our family!

Worked great for 2 months then just stopped charging the phone. 2 months later stopped charging the watch and earbuds. Do not recommend.
