I used the rope to tie down a tarp over a trailer. The previous tie down had finally met its day. It appears the new rope is easy to pull down but seems plenty tough. Lapping loops used to pull the free line secured the tarp with ease. Easy to tie and easy to use.

I got it to use for wick irrigation. It is not soft enough, doesn’t wick well at all, tightly twisted. If you want to use cotton rope for wick irrigation, I highly suggest getting braided rope, twisted does not work well when compared. Braided with soft cotton interior would be ideal. I’m outta money, so, I have to use rope I already have, which is braided with soft interior and it works great, just not cotton. I would prefer cotton. Fine product, just not for my intentions.

So much rope! Nice quality and durable. It looks like it’s going to fall apart but it holds up nicely.

The rope is very soft (could be a pro or con, depending on your purpose). I ordered 1/2 inch width and it's smaller than stated.
