This is quite an amazing product. Because of using the laptop a lot and looking down at my phone I have a tense neck and shoulder and not many massage. People could massage in the right way. This massage is better than a person’s hand. It immediately relieves my tense neck.

This product is just wow .. it gives a lot of relief to neck , back and shoulders. Now I do need physiotherapy , this product does amazing job .Also heating function plus clockwise and anticlockwise rotational massage is amazing. Would suggest for all who is having muscular pain and cervical.

I often have Bach ache in the morning and calf muscle pain in the evening, using this for 15 days and found it quite relaxing. The heat generated is enough for quick relief. The product is robust and can be used with own convenience. It's auto turning off after 15 min cycle and auto rotation reversal of balls in ever 1 min interval is awesome feature. Verdict: worth buying

I received it on 9th sep and hardly used for 4-5 times and it has stopped working When it was delivered even that time it was slow but I was told mam after initial 2-3 times u will get better results and now it has completely stopped and have no customer care number to connect as amazon said its not their issue I have one year warranty certificate also

Little costly but really good and it is effective in relieving stressed muscles with the shiatsu rollers.

By seeing reviews I have purchased this product. However I am not much convinced with this product. Adjustments are not available, we should hold long time and not able to do other works simultaneously. It is not fit to all persons, small in size Even I want to return this product, I could not do it as no return policy. So guys please see carefully and buy it.

Very good. Liked it so much. Have been using this daily. Good for neck and shoulders, but I mostly use for back.

Używam przez cienki polar lub ręcznik ze wzgl. higienicznych, więc nie jest za intensywny, same stopnie intensywności niewiele się od siebie różnią; Grzeje odczuwalnie i przyjemnie. Masager jest spory (problem z przechowywaniem) poza tym przydałyby się trochę dłuższe paski (np. podczas masażu karku trudny dostęp do przycisków) i dlatego odejmuję gwiazdkę. I am a fully qualified massage therapist and I suffer badly with a stiff neck and headaches.. I have used many electrical massagers but never did they feel any thing like hands but blimey this is AMAZING,this has been made with great thought and does it work or what?you bet..First,it gives a very deep massage, kneading those very areas that can't be difficult..Gets to the root at your skull base and eases.the neck completely...The heat is not too hot but lovely and warm and that just increases the blood supply and relaxes you more..You have three levels of speed and also does forward movement and reverse,you can choose or leave it and it will forward and reverse it's self,it cuts off it's self if left on.I am totally amazed with this brilliant massager and now I get a proper relaxing massage.Can be used elsewhere on your body.I used this on my left side (bowel area) as I suffer with i.b.s and this really helped to sooth that area and helped with trapped wind.This gives a deep massage so may not suit everyone but if you feel it is too hard then you could put a towel on your neck.I would not recommend on bare skin as with the heat and the deep rotation it could make your skin sore.It takes time to get used to the feeling of this massager,i felt it as a deep massage should be but this may not suit everbody, for me it's PERFECT,I could not be without this now..Please note...When you have finished your massage,a drink of plain water should be taken,this helps the lactic acid/urea (released due to massage) pass out through passing the urine so its very important to have water afterwards..PLEASE NOTE,IT COMES WITH A TWO PIN PLUG!! So you need to buy a adapter(two PIN plugs into a three PIN adaptor)They are very cheap..
