Best calcium magnesium supplement I’ve ever found!
Love this product! I can’t take calcium by itself as it causes issues. The only product I’ve found that has an equal amount of magnesium. Other brands with half the amount of magnesium don’t resolve the issue but this product does!

Safety seals missing.

Highly absorbable source of supplemental calcium
I have been taking this supplement every day for years. I take three at a time with food. Keep in mind that your body can only absorb roughly 500 mg of calcium at a time, so if you take more, space it at other times throughout the day.

Great price
This is ok. I like this brand and it is more expensive to get it at the store. It's around $13/bottle on Amazon and it is $18-19/bottle in the store. However, there is a downside to saving money. When I get these in the mail, the pills all have a powder on them. It is the residue from the inside of the caplets, like one (or more) of them got kind of broken up getting all thrashed around in the mailing process and powder from them went everywhere. They are always very nicely packaged in bubble wrap, but the powder is still there. This is not the case when I buy them in a brick and mortar store. Still effective though.

No more nighttime cramps
I found that I can only take one of these at a time or I get weird heart palpitations, so I just take one at bedtime. I was having terrible leg and foot cramps quite often, like more than once a night, and they have almost entirely stopped since I’ve been taking this. The capsules do have a bit of powder on the outside, as other reviewers have mentioned, but I just rub it off with my fingers which takes two seconds max.
