Bought this for my mum and Dad. So it had to be simple and straightforward. What a joy! When this turned up. She wanted a stainless steel interior, big tick. Clockwork non digital controls, big tick. And it had to be white, to go with the colour scheme of the kitchen, big tick! It works very well. As you can see this was a perfect product, for a perfect mum.

I wanted something simple to use without the whistles and bells I'm never going to use. This microwave is just the job. I also wanted an interior stainless steel. Previously more expensive ones whatever they line the insides with has after a relatively short time began to peel away. Some kind of plastic coating which I didn't want. Plus I see through the glass door a lot better. Simple to use no fancy gimmicks.

Works well enough and easy to clean owing to stainless steel interior. Do bear in mind this microwave is small. You can just fit a standard-size dinner plate inside. Easy to operate as its manual dials. No fiddly buttons or digital display. Only two slight downsides: The timer dial has fairly small numbers and is quite difficult to set accurately. Second is that the ‘bell’ to signal it’s finished doesn’t seem to work if you just select 2-3 minutes.

Simple, easy to operate, like the fact there is a push button to release the door instead imof having to pull a handle. The control knobs are very clearly marked and easy to read. The stainless steel interior is very easily cleaned. Good value fir money. No need for a more sophisticated model.

Great microwave lovely stainless steel interior

Ordered as it was a simple to use microwave for my 90 year old aunt, appeared to be exactly what we were looking for. Arrived in good time. Noticed small dent on top when unpacked but was so small thought it unlikely to be a problem. Plugged in and switched on, would only work if the dial was turned all the way around and then back to the required time. Spoke to a customer service advisor who first suggested I switch it off leave it for a few minutes then switch it back on and reset the clock. What clock? I explained what type of microwave it was and he then suggested I unplug it and remove the plug. When I explained again that it wasn't working properly and mentioned the sale of goods act 1979 it was suggested that I may want to return it . As the microwave had been purchased on a Prime account I hadn't expected after all of the "exceptional" advice to have £2.99 deducted from the refund with no explanation as to what this was for. I have been a regular customer of Amazon for many years and have not really had any reason to complain before but with the level of service regarding this particular item and the advice I was given by someone who clearly had no idea what he was talking about unless he expected me to remove the plug so that he could tell me the warranty was then invalid. I would not recommend this item to anyone and would be really wary of taking any advice from a customer service advisor if the type of advice I was given is an example. I was/am thoroughly disappointed.

Well worth the money

Good, simple to use microwave (which was what I wanted, to replace an old similar model). Only dropped it one star due to the timer dial having a very short distance between the first minutes, making it impossible to accurately judge short times like 45seconds, 1 min, 1min 30s, etc. My older microwave dial had much larger, better spacing between the first five minute markers making this easy to do.
