(The music inserts that come in each case)** A: The sleeves themselves are standard disc sleeves, so not wide enough for the inserts unless you want to fold them. But there is a lot of room in there for expansion so if you wanted to fill it with discs halfway and just put the booklets in the back or middle(central binding point like the exact middle of an older book where there's a little extra room) I suppose you could.
