I’ve had this vacuum sealer a little over a week and I’m genuinely happy with it. I bought it to help me organize my food better, cut down on freezer clutter, and reduce food waste, and it’s already doing exactly that. I’ve used it to reorganize both of my freezers and the difference is immediate. Vacuum sealing saves a ton of space compared to bulky containers and random half open packaging, and everything looks cleaner and more organized. It also makes it easier to portion things out, so I’m not defrosting more than I need, which is a big part of why I wanted it in the first place. Performance wise, it functions really well. It seals quickly and the process is simple once you get the hang of it. I did have one issue the very first time I used it where it didn’t seal properly, and I was nervous because I had seen reviews mentioning that. Turns out it was user error. You have to lock it down until you hear the click on both sides. Once I started doing that, no more sealing issues at all. The only small downside is the bags it comes with feel a little thin. It’s not a dealbreaker, and for the price I paid it’s honestly not a big complaint, but I personally prefer thicker bags, so I ordered a heavier duty set. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s quick, works well, saves freezer space, and it’s going to help me waste less food. I’d recommend it, especially if you’re trying to get organized with meal prep or freezer storage.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Tried it as soon as I opened up the box, and it sealed the bag flawlessly and I also traded on a ball jar and to my surprise it worked quite well. I would recommend this machine to just about anyone. It was very easy to use and I love the size of it. It fits very easily right in my drawer.

Compact, easy to use, and gets the job done. The one-touch function makes sealing quick (around 10–20 seconds), and it works well for both dry and moist foods. I’ve been using it for meal prep and it definitely helps keep food fresher longer. The built-in cutter is a nice touch and makes customizing bags simple. Seal quality is good overall, but I did notice that sometimes the vacuum could be a little tighter, especially with softer or moist foods—you may need to run it twice for the best result. For the price, it’s a solid value and a great option if you want something simple and effective.

I have been using this often for over a year! It works great. Easy to use and worth every penny! Do let the heat strip rest if you are doing many packages to cool a little. Seals wonderfully, never had it fail.

I had previously owned 2 different vacuum sealers. One lasted several years but, I always had difficulty sealing moist or wet foods bags wouldn't seal completely or even when I thought they were sealed I would after freezing find them open and they would have freezer-frost. This machine takes out the 'guess work' with the availability of buttons thereby allowing me to choose the type of food that I'm vacuuming and sealing. It's fool-proof! Sometimes, with multiple bags to seal I found that my hands would get tired by holding the device "down". Now I can lock the machine down and allow it to vacuum and seal. Recently I made cinnamon rolls not wanting to "crush" the rolls I used the intermittent setting allowing me to go as far as I needed with the vacuum and then seal. Great machine. 8 months later; Last week I placed the sealer back in the drawer and accidentally dropped it about 3 inches. The machine still vacuums but it won’t seal at the end of the cycle of the vac/seal. I can seal it separately but no vacuum seal. I like this Megawize sealer so much and the features that came with it that I placed an order for another one. Something must have broken when I accidentally dropped it but I regret not being more careful. I am sure that I will be just as happy with the 2nd purchase as I was with the first one! After receiving the second sealer from this company I tried it out to make sure that it would work. I found that it was much quicker at removing the air from the sealing bag prior to sealing. It made me question whether the first sealer worked as it should have worked. I’m going to donate the first one to Goodwill since it still seals bags. Either way this sealing machine is a great, lightweight and versatile machine and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend one to anyone looking for a good sealer.

Great quality for the price Works very well

I have been thoroughly impressed with this product from the moment I began using it. I’ve vacuum sealed a variety of foods dry, moist, and everything in between and each item has maintained the same level of freshness as the day it was sealed. The unit is exceptionally easy to operate and compact enough to fit comfortably in my kitchen without taking up unnecessary space. After nine months of consistent use, my original unit stopped working. I contacted the company, and to my surprise, their customer service team answered my call within a minute. The representative was courteous, efficient, and resolved the issue without any hassle. A replacement unit was sent immediately, and I am now back to preserving my food with confidence. Overall, the product delivers excellent food preservation, user friendly operation, and outstanding customer support.

Excelente maquina para resguardo de alimentos al vacio. Hemos enviado carne de chinameca sin problemas de que nos la rechacen en la paqueteria. Quedan bien selladas las bolsas. (Bolsas hay q comprar por separado).

Bien me funciona pero devo comprar del mismo modelo que lleva en su caja por si es otro la bolsas no sella al vacio

I gave it six months of use before rating it! It is an excellent device. I only ever had one failure, and it was totally my fault: it comes with a little plastic piece that is inserted for shipping and for storage. The piece prevents compression of the vacuum gasket while not in use. I forgot to remove it and, o course, the vacuum didn't work. For the last 6 months it has performed flawlessly. I didn't have to interfere with it's operation, it does the whole job y itself. Complete vacuum of air and any small amounts of wetness. I have bagged large T-bone steaks, down to bacon strips. No air means no freezer burn for a lot longer time. The sealing is complete plastic- melt seal, no leaks. This is a great food saving device very well worth the price. I happily recommend it.
