Tasty pre-cooked black beans
Goya Black Bean Soup is my favorite canned pre-cooked and seasoned black beans. They taste good heated right out of the can, but taste even better adding some sauteed chopped Spanish onions, green pepper, hot sauce, and 1/4 cup of chicken broth, and simmering until liquid is thickened enough to cover the spoon. Taste great with rice or by itself as bean soup.
