Hard to tell what you are showing, but I think it is a crimp starter. It would be nylon if that’s what you are showing.

Will this work for 410?

No. For 12 gauge. Search for one specific to 410.

Put this on my old Mec 600jr. Makes a great 8 point start crimp on new hulls. I only use 6 point on used hulls that were originally 6 point. Being able to switch by pulling one off and snapping the other on is a time saver.
