Do you have a longer model (about 12 inches) for ankles?

I do not think they offer a longer version. It is inexpensive enough to buy two and easy enough to link them together to get the length you need.

How long is this bracelet?

I just measured mine and it is almost exactly 8" end to end. A LITTLE longer if you count the clasp. So, they're lying when they say this is a 9" bracelet.
