So I took the leap for our son and ordered the bike. I had chosen another one at first but even a turtle was faster. It was easy to put together and the kids loved it. 2 of them could seat on it for a stroll. Pro. Fun overall safe and plays music great speaker Cons. Only couple of songs but you can connect Bluetooth. You don’t have a real gauge for battery. Super pro: the bike after couple of month started to glitch. I reached out to CS they were super prompt on trying to help me fix the issue. Really appreciated the time and dedication. If they have a 24V I ll buy it from them for the next step up.

The back lights don't like to stay and the traction pad on the back wheel sucks but overall it is a great bike. Battery stays charged and the bike is easy to control and assemble.

After putting the motorcycle together, we charged it all night. In the morning the bike turned on and everything worked (radio, lights, sounds) but the 'gas' handle did not work and therefore the bike wouldn't move. Requested to return the bike and we received the prepaid label through email but when taking it to the shipping store they explained that its not prepaid and that we would have to pay 200 bucks to ship it back. Tried to find a phone number but the only number we found did not work (no one answers nor did it even ring). This bike is a scam and the company is too....Do not buy!!!!

I love this motorcycle. This is one of my son's Christmas gifts. Can't wait to see the smile on his face. It was easy for his father to assemble it. Not sure about anything else. But we saw it and loved it! True to color and it looks even better in person!

The motorcycle looks awesome, the quality is great and the battery lasts 3 days. My kid loves it

Got this for my son’s 4th birthday and it was great the first few days. Now the wheel is making a clicking sound in the back like the plastic is broke. It still works but annoying because it was only a week in use.

My grandson loves his motorcycle! The motorcycle looke exactly how it does online. I had an issue with the directions, I sent an email and the representative face-time me directly so I could she could see what I was doing and help me fit the issue! Great customer service! Great product!
