I have had several seat massagers for use in my SUV, and this seat massager offers excellent pressure,many different types of massage including pulsing and rolling, as well as pressure levels. The heat option is great - it gets VERY hot, somewhat slowly. You can turn it off once the heat is hot enough. My wife has used this same massager in her car for a year, nearly daily, and sometimes hours a day while driving the kids--she loves it. This seat massager will also work on a bed, a couch, or in an office chair and provides relief from sore muscles. It can also make a great gift and is very reasonably priced, around $50. I highly recommend it.

This is an awesome massage pad!! Other reviews are correct, this is not a Shiatsu style massager. No rolling/kneading balls. But the vibrating pads inside the massager are quite nice. There are 3 intensity levels, and they all feel really good. There are different modes you can choose too. This fits great in my car, and is easy as pie to install. I’d definitely recommend this massaging pad for overall relief!!

My 86 year old Mom uses these massagers. Have bought 2 - one for her place for her recliner and one for my place for my recliner. She loves it and uses it every day at both homes. The massagers start making noise after a year of use, they make a clicking sound and it is LOUD. We get the extended warranty for 3 years by registering it. And then when it starts making LOOUD noise, we put in a support ticket, pay $17 to return it and get a new one. I wish these would last longer then a year. My Mom loves the massager so I just keep doing this.

OH MY GOSH! I received this product 8/29/24. Took it to work - attached to my office chair on 8/30/24. From the moment I turned it on, my back and posterior were enveloped in a heavenly massage with heat. I have never experienced such glorious relief except at a spa. This massage/heating cushion has changed my life immediately! Get it - NOW!! I wish I had bought it YEARS ago - it is just glorious! Don’t forget to do the extended warranty online / Snailax makes it super easy to do! I did it and setup my profile in about 5 minutes! I’m in love! Not kidding - my back always hurts - not now!

Purchased 2 months ago and use it multiple times every day in my work from home office chair. The top massager has started making a squealing noise after about 15 min of use. I can turn that one off to stop the noise, but not great quality. The rest of the functions work fine although the seat/leg vibration could be much stronger.

This product is amazing. I bought it for my mom for an early Christmas gift. She really needs it, and she was so happy when I gave it to her. She has back pain every day and the least I thought of doing was trying to help ease the pain. My mom deserves nothing but the best. She does everything that she can for everyone around her especially those whom she loves. I love my mom dearly. This product is amazing, and she loves it so much. There are many settings to choose from for the vibration and intensity. The cushion and material are very soft and comfortable as well. Overall, this product deserves a 5-star rating.

I meant to write long ago but didn't have time until now. I had this item for several months and I enjoy it, I got it to keep me warm in the office so I don't care much for the massage function. It is basically a vibration which I don't think actually helps your muscles much. However, it is a pleasant sensation and the product is clearly and correctly advertised the type of massage offered so I have no issue. The heating option is great, you can have it on up to 4 hours. I wish the remote had more adjustments for the heating because the whole giant remote is for the various massage options. As others said, there is no change in colour between the low and high heat setting - this could be improved in a future version. I find I can feel the coils and massage instruments inside a bit so I wish it was a little more padded because I sit on it 8hrs a day. I honestly wish they made just a heating pad only. I would prefer that. Best of all though: the company shined through its customer service. Shortly after purchase, the charging cord ripped (I think one of the office cleaners might have tried to pull the chair back and it ripped as got tangled). Anyway the company sent me a replacement at no charge. I was very impressed. This it is definitely a US-based small business (I saw based on where the replacement came from) and not some reseller or copy cat, which made me very happy. The item comes with a long warranty. I recommended this product and company.

The cushion functions as advertised, and generally I'm happy with it, but there are a couple things that bother me. 1 it's cream colored instead of black as shown and looks a little different than the picture, I wanted something that would blend in with my chair, and this really doesn't. 2 the massage function is more just a vibration effect, it is programmable and has a built in timer of 15 30 and 60 mins which after a half hour does feel like it has an effect, i was just hoping for something with a kneading function. 3 the machine is not cordless, I thought it had a charger and battery pack, no, it's just a plug in. Still fine and functional but that wasn't what I thought I was getting. Overall still happy with my purchase, just be aware of what it is. 4/5 stars.
