Might as well have bought a basic bathroom scale, because that's all this is. I wanted a smart scale to track my weight, and when I read the U.S. English instructions that say that I need to download the ActiveEra App, I search for it in Apple Store and it says it's not available in my country or region. All that I've read on this product appears that it would work with no issues, but that is not the case. I've emailed support and am waiting for a response. I will update review if we find a resolution. If you are in the U.S. do not expect to use the "smart" features of this scale!Edit: After customer service emailed me, they assured me the issue was being worked on and the app should be available within a week. I looked in the Apple Store again a week later and the app appeared. I downloaded it, opened the app, weighted myself, and the weight automatically logged in the app. Note that you have to have the app actively open to have it record, and it records quite a bit. I am now very happy with this product and the expedited resolution by ActiveEra. This scale is exactly what I expected. Would recommend as long as the app is available to be downloaded.

I like this scale a lot. It has an app that you use with it. Surprisingly you get a very thorough breakdown of your body composition. Almost like having a personal trainer in a scale. Is this item an unnecessary purchase? Yes, but do I like it? Yes. If you want a scale to encourage you to lose weight and track your exact body composition then this is the one for you.

I bought this scale based on a TikTok influencer’s recommendation and I have been very pleased. I have had it for about 3 months and have had no issues with it. I have paired it with my phone and have set up a profile for me and my his and with ease. We are both 300+ lb people.

This is pretty cool. The scale seems accurate. Has an auto off. Have to step on the scale to turn it on, You also have to download the app and then as long as you have. your phone close when you weigh yourself - it will log your weight.

The scale easily provides a wealth of measurement and, what is probably just as important, brief on-screen information about what each measurement means and a bar showing your measure in relation to the norms for your weight etc. I had to contact vendor for additional instructions on setting up with Bluetooth, but they responded within 24 hours and provided the info I required. Only had it a few days, but it, with the Active Era app, seems a very good product. I just suggested that my son buy one to assist on his efforts to get healthier and lose weight.

This is the first scale I have ever had that came with 12 pages of instructions. They weren't necessary. Just download the app and install on your phone and make sure Bluetooth is turned in. Everything just works as long as you remember to stand on scale with barefeet and have the app open all the different measurements are recorded. Works fine as a basic scale without the app but the app makes it easy to track trends and stats.
