Review: Compass are not compasses - Neither compass will read the same direction at the same time. One is close to showing true North. The second never comes close. The battery charger I assumed was for charging the batteries for the light that comes with the kit, I assumed wrong. Charge batteries for items not with the kit and have to buy batteries to make everything in the kit work. Garmin is nice tool the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 1. Without the Garmin this kit is a kids toys. Review: Customer service can be better. - The rechargeable AA kit is not working and one emergency bracelet does not lock in place as received. I contacted seller who states "Since we are only a distributor and not the manufacturer, we do not have specific specs, or tech support via customer service". I like the Garmin GPS. Thus, I should buy directly from Garmin. After the initial reply from seller, I posted the review with 1 star. Then seller customer service contacted me offering the solution. I am happy they finally got back to me to resolve the issue. Thus, I update my rating from 1 to 3.
