I add these to simple noodles or fried rice or soup, it elevates its taste. I like that this is all from natural source, no artificial ingredient. I am taking one star off because it is quite pricey for such a small bag. I think this would eventually make its way to Costco, if its not already there. Or any substitute would probably be cheaper. I may not buy this again just because of the price point.

This is a wonderful alternative to bouillon. I've used this in vegetable soups. It's great for vegan ramen. I will be buying this again.
