Not refurbished which I think gives trouble.
Hook up to your router for passwords and SSID..hardest part, then Bank folks (second tier not ones who first pick up) can program and update this unit and good as gold saving hundreds!! This is new machine, NOT REFURBISHED!!

I following everything state in instruction, and this machine wonโt process with my merchant. So end up have to return it back
