I have super high arches and I used these pads for my indoor slippers to provide some support. They are comfortable, don't need to be cut to size and work well. For those with really high arches, go to a Good Feet store or something like that to get professional arch support inserts and then get these for just kicking around inside.

Fit well and feel good

My son has been using these for about 10 years (middle school through early adulthood). Without them, he experiences a lot of knee pain even during normal, low impact daily activities. With them, he can stand for an 8 hour shift and come home with no pain at all. He says they take a few days to get used to but then he can't imagine wearing shoes without them. We original started purchasing this brand based on a recommendation from his podiatrist. The last pair I bought him lasted from Aug 2022 through Sept 2025 with daily use. And they were not destroyed- they are just beginning to show signs of wear and the ball of the foot cushioning is getting compressed. I have attached a picturing showing the 2022 insole beside a brand new one for reference (please note- the 2022 one is a sz 5 and the new one is a size 4- my son had already put his new ones into his work shoes and left the house before I could snap a picture!). He wears a men's sz 8 sneaker and the size 5 (mens 7-7.5) actually fit him better than the next size up. He wears average D width shoes but does run a little bit narrow so that could be the difference. I ordered a pair for myself. I wear a women's 8.5 sneaker and the size 4 (women's 8 - 8.5) fits perfect- all the way to the edge of the sneaker all the way around. If you have a wider foot- these might feel a bit narrow for you- I also ordered the Bold version and they seem to have the same support but a slightly wider footbed which did not work with my sneakers. Both my son and I tend to walk on the outside edge of our foot and these inserts do help keep the foot and leg more centered compared to more cushion only type of inserts.

These are very effective both in terms of cost but in support and comfort of your feet.

I've looking to replace my ECCO shoe insoles that came with the shoes and looks like I have found it. Gives me extra additional support and are very comfortable. Pricey but the product is quality and so worth it.

I had a crazy pain in my heal when ever got back on my feet. These eliminated the pain after a couple of days. Excellent!

Bough these a few months back. Feet feel great. Good insole at $19.99 that I paid. Would not buy at $69.99 that it's selling for now.

I cannot believe this is what I received. Promptly returned. Where is the quality control in what is being sent to paying customers(??). The logo is almost fully worn off the right pad from being used so much. You'll see sock marks down the center of the pads from wear. Also, there are toe prints worn into the pads.
