A good robust coffee.
I'm experimenting with pre ground espresso coffees for use in my Mokka pot and this brand, popular in Cuba,is excellent.If you're a fan of full bodied robust blends then this is for you

If you want a wake-up-and-face-the-day drink of java, this is the one! I make it in our Moka Pot. This is a great brand!

Inconsistent and thus disappointing quality
I've bought this on and off in the same packaging size for a while, but the last batch was absymal in terms of quality -- overly burnt with no depth that produced drain water in the cup, quite unlike previous packs and despite numberous attempts to vary the brew weight. It'd be nice to have a consistent, and even better, a consistenty good product, and I'm afraid I'm done with this one.

Coffee for People Who Actually Love Coffee
Cafe la Llave is the coffee that beats up other coffees and takes their lunch money. It's bold, and repeatedly punches you in the face with rich flavor. I don't do espresso machines. I use a pour-over, or a moka pot for traditional Cuban coffee. Just the right amount of caffeine to wake you up without making you vibrate like a chihuahua. Reasonably priced, very fresh, and exceptionally tasty. Why are you still reading this, just add it to your cart already.
