Review: Nice vitamin - My husband takes these supplements and he is 6’ 6”. They are a standard pill size and easy to swallow, smaller than most pills. There is no after taste or known side effects. He has been taking these same vitamins for a couple years with no issues. They are reasonable in cost and a good quantity. Because he is on so many meds it’s hard to tell if they specifically make a difference but we like to think they have an overall benefit.
