Quality filters
These are great filters for my water well pump. It helps remove the iron and sediment before it filters through my water softener. This box will last me a year so it’s also a great value for the money.

20 microns.
Not what I wanted. I thought I was getting a great value because someone sent them back and Amazon put them on sale, but I neglected to check the microns. These are 20 microns, which means they will allow things of 20 microns to pass through when I normally buy 5-10 micron cartridges, which are slightly more expensive. That's why I got them so cheap, and I didn't realize it until it was too late to send them back. I will use them up regardless. They will just allow larger particles to go through. When it comes to microns, we are talking very small here, but because of that, the water might smell a little off. Although they will last a bit longer, I would rather trust what I am used to using. Always check the micron value before you buy these!

Excellent for the price.
These are just as good as the ones I normally buy at my local hardware stores, but less than half the price. I use them for incoming house supply water before my softener. I change them every month, but that depends upon the quality of your incoming water supply.
