This is the best backpack for my teenage son!! Very reasonably priced, great quality, durable, sleek look, perfectly roomy, and efficient use of zip compartments which gives easy access & some secure pouches/pockets with two deep side water bottle cubbies. Cushioned in all the right places to protect laptop & other valuables, plus cushioned in the lower back area and inside the wide, sturdy shoulder straps. The plus-plus, is my son actually likes this backpack!!

I’ve been using this backpack to transport my 25lb Jackery 1000 to and from work on my escooter, Monday through Friday, and I absolutely love it! I cover about 10 miles each way, and it’s perfectly capable of carrying the weight. Now, the Jackery 1000 is quite large, so if size is a concern, just know that this one is definitely on the heavier side. The best thing about it is how it distributes weight. I usually place it on my escooter, but if you prefer to carry it on your back, the straps won’t cause any discomfort. They even have a buckle that goes across your chest to help support the weight. Investing in something like this is a smart move. You can use it as a diaper bag, for work, or for long commutes with plenty of room. My absolute favorite feature is the laptop compartment.

Large space in the pockets to hold my daughters' binders, computer and all school related items. The product appears to be great quality compared to numerous backpacks I have purchased in previous years. Hoping to get more than a year out of this one!

I have 2 of these, 1 for home and 1 for work. My work one is a little torn but that may be my fault from putting in a lot of weight, sometimes I have 2 or even 3 laptops plus other things in it. My home one I have an 18" laptop and it fits just fine and I love it for travel, if something did happen to it I would buy this again.

Nice storage and organization

I want to review the outstanding customer support I received after my purchase. The first time I used my new backpack, I had an issue with one of the stitches pulling apart. I contacted customer services and could not have been happier with their quick response and positive experience. I sent in two pictures of the backpack and within two days a new one was in the mail and waiting for me when I returned from my trip. No charge and no hassle. Not every product is perfect. This backpack was as described and did the job. Spacious and many compartments to hold a variety of items. Highest recommendations not only for the product but the service and support after the sale.

Not even two weeks of light use and it's already coming apart at the seams. Loved the form factor, there are pockets everywhere, but material quality isn't so good.

Its a right size back pack for travel. Has good number of compartments to accomodate a variety of stuff. Just need to remember where you kept what, otherwise one may end up searching a lot of these compartments. The Quality of material used and the stitch quality is excellent. The zippers are also of excellent quality. It has a very fine and clean finish. Am extremely happy with this purchase and a good value for money spent.

This back pack is very large and spacious. My teen lives it. It's been a week since we bought it, and so far so good.

Great backpack with tons of storage but the charger is a gimmick. Don't believe me? First off, it does not come with a charging pack, just the cord. With that being the case, why not just plug your phone directly into the charging pack (that you bought seperately). Second, most phone chargers are USB-C now so they won't work with this. That said, It is a good, durable backpack with lots of space. I used mine for university, and was able to fit textbooks, laptop, gym clothes, lunch, and my sweater with a substantial amount of room leftover. So if you're buying this because of the charger, done, but if you desire the extra space, snag it.
