If the size of Falsken Heater Treater is the same as our filter, it can be work. It's time to replace the filter when there is a significant drop in flow rate. Take a 1 gallon container and time how long in seconds it took to fill it(do it several times and take an average). Next devide 60 by by the average time it took to fill the 1 gallon container.-60/ the number of seconds.

Do these filters work with aqusana whole house well systems?

I am not familiar with this type of water system but if you have a 2 in half by 20 inch filter housing then these will help reduce sediment from incoming city water.
