These work for me. And, at least for me, have been extremely helpful in managing my anxiety and even my night terrors to an extent by helping me relax before bed. Now of course, it could all be a placebo effect. But placebo or not, they help me a lot. If nothing else they give me piece of mind when I'm going into a stressful situation. That said. The taste is very, earthy? It's just not great. That said, I'll absolutely continue using them.

Yes, these are pretty chewy for gummies. I must be different from all these other 5 star reviewers, these did not seem to make much difference to me. Still had trouble sleeping after taking the recommended dose before bed, and during the day, felt no difference at all.

I bought this to help my son with his anxiety and it helps a lot. It also helps because he has a hard time taking pills and these being gummies is really helpful

I took one the first day I received them and felt like I could actually get stuff done during the day. The second day I took the recommended dose (2 gummies) and let me just say I was sooooooo calm that I ended up having to nap LOL and Im not a big napper. I will stick to taking one a day. Everyone is different though! I will use these during the day and continue to take natures truth magnesium glycinate gummies at night. Also, the gummies are tough but its so bad I will definitely order again.
