Science and Technology in World History: An Introduction

Book in good condition as offered. Delivery on time.

The book was received on time and appears to be in new condition, yet the cover is not glued. At package opening and upon first usage, the binder is already coming apart.

I use this book as a textbook in an upper division Geography course on technology and science. Well written and informative, it is an excellent book on the history of science. The authors give clear explanations of each scientific and technological innovation and show its impact on the world. On the downside, it is geared more to the western world although there are good sections on the Golden Age of Islam and other non-western civilizations.

This book was purchased as an augmentative text. The delivery and cost were well withing parameters and I was satisfied. Thanks.

the content of the book is excellent, but the physical quality of the book sucks. I order the first one which its cover page is automatically teared off the the book and then I order the second one which has the same problem. However, I need this book for my class so that I decided to keep the second one simply because the third one or the fourth has same the same physical quality issue.

I like its contents but there is too much empty space that makes the book heavy.
