8K60Hz Audio Extractor

So far this product is very well made, heavy duty shell with a good weight to it. Item is performing extremely well better than I hoped and I believe a lot of the issues on here have already been reprimanded by other customer reviews but there is a few delicate things like adjusting to the proper frequencies and making sure plugs are properly plugged in for the full performance of this item.

Works great for splitting the audio from my Nintendo Switch 2 to my DAC and then to my speakers. Supports HDR as well; happy with the product.

This did not work at all right out of the box. I tested all the cables like the instructions said, but it is the box that is defective. Disappointing. EDIT: I am dumb, this works fine. I need a splitter that does 3 inputs and 1 out, not 1 input and 3 out. I was trying to use it the wrong way. If anyone else is reading this, don't make my mistake. Make sure you are getting the correct item. Changed review to 5 stars.

it could have been it wasn’t compatible with TV Ears or TV Ears wasn’t compatible with this splitter. I was wanting to split the optical outlet with TV Ears and our Yamaha soundbar so I didn’t have to connect and disconnect in order to use those electronics. The sound bar worked perfectly with the splitter. The TV Ears would not connect even though I connected each box separately to try the splitter. Nothing I did would connect. So for me in this scenario it did not work. That’s not to say it doesn’t work in other scenarios. It did connect the soundbar. So to be fair it just didn’t work for me. Thankfully I was able to return it. Otherwise it appeared to be made well and came packaged securely.

I use it for my sound bar and TV Ears because my new TV only has one sound port and it's optical. It worked great the first couple times I used it. Suddenly out of the blue it just squeals when I try to use the TV Ears. I tried using the other port but it also squeals. It doesn't squeal to my sound bar. Only the TV Ears. I didn't unplug the sound bar though and try that port. So I am not happy with it. I would return if I could but it's too late. :(

My TV has only one optical output for sound and I have two optical devices to run off of this output the splitter was splitter the answer to my problem. It is also powered through a USB cable which improves the sound quality. With a single input, I now have 3 outputs for optical audio devices. It works great and is very reasonable.

I bought this back in September. It worked pretty well, but it would occasionally black out for 4 seconds before reconnecting. I thought it was my HDMI cables, so I replaced them and now the entire thing isn't working :) There's no indicator light showing a signal is coming through. The manual isn't helpful and I can't get any support over this. It just goes to troubleshooting and if it didn't help it just takes me back to the same page.
