I love the vitamin C tablets. I have been taking them for years. I take two every day. They have worked very well for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tablets are large, however they are soft. The tablet can easily be cut in half, or bitten in half. Have some water in hand, I (lightly) break it down with my rear teeth, sip water and swallow. I save the other half for a 2nd dosing. This formula is top notch. I trust and appreciate this company; they market a high end C formula at a reasonable price point {edited on 09/26/2024}

This is my favorite vitamin C. Came quickly and exactly as expected.

I can only compare with other companies I've already tried, so it may be a while, but first thing some people may not like is size of tablets and any roughness. This may make it more difficult to swallow, both the size and roughness. Roughness, instead of being smooth and facilitating swallowing a tablet may cause it to get "stuck" somewhere along the way and that can be problematic in the throat near the opening flap you use to breath. A solution is to drink with a substantial amount of water, and another is to take with some healthy oil like olive oil, which may help. Another solution would be if the company puts the active ingredients in a capsule or create a pill that has an enteric coating or use smaller pills. Minus 1 because I imagine many won't like what I've already mentioned, including myself... it's enough for me to consider alternatives.

I have used this product for many years and I will continue. Do not throw your head back trying to swallow any pill (or food). As seen in cartoons. Sit up straight and don’t push the pill as far back on your tongue, as possible. That is called “gag reflex” not a good result.

This is a good product that is easy to swallow, especially compared to Nature's Plus Vitamin C tablets, which are huge horsepills.
