Excellent handy-body creme
Have been buying and using this high quality, wonderful smelling cream for the last twenty years. At first, would buy on vacation in the Ritz gift shop, then go back in between vacays and buy more. Now its available online- its simple to buy through Amazon. Love it- highly recommended!

The quality of the Ritz Carlton for accommodations is second to none, and the same goes for their products like this lotion. Smooth and silky, soft scent and lasting. Get yours while they last.

Won’t order again
Has a nice feel, but the scent is lacking and smells cheap— not what I was expecting at all. Will not order again.

Ordered this many times before --- but, although it said it was delivered, it never arrived
I have liked this lotion well enough to have ordered it at least 8 times previously. Makes a great gift! However, this time, although I received a message saying that it had been delivered on 12/9/24, I couldn't locate it anywhere. There were other deliveries in my spot designated for deliveries, but there was no trace of a pump bottle of great smelling lotion. I planned to give to a friend as a gift, so am hoping that it will be replaced.

Unexpected scent and not in a good way
The scent is off putting and not the Ritz quality that I had expected and for the price, the moisturizing lotion could be a bit more luxurious. Love the Ritz but but this is an overall Meh 🫤 rating
