Genius!
These are genius! It’s a great way to add hanging space to my guest room that doesn’t have a closet. They aren’t unattractive when they are closed either

Easy to install and very durable
I have used these in the laundry rooms of my last 3 houses. They pop up conveniently holding a dozen or so hangers. When I'm finished I just fold it down. This way it is at "my height" (I'm short and the bars over the washer/dryer I can never reach!) but not in the way of anything. Easy to install and very durable!
