Strong rack, assemble easy, works great by proper torque of screws.
Strong rack. Easy to assemble. Added 3/8" backer rod (foam) to the inside of rubber channelstrip to give grip. Seller should really provide proper rubber channelstrip so that it protrudes above crossbar surface, as grip is good to have when laying or putting something across crossbar. Another avenue is to find proper diameter rubber hose to slide into channel so that some of the rubber hose protrudes above for grip. Will have to see how well the Backer Rod added helps. See photos depicting Backer Rod foam inserted.

Well designed roof rack and easy to install
Lightweight, sturdy aluminum and very solidly designed. The teardrop bar shape quiets wind noise. Fully adjustable and best to hold bikes, canoes, luggage safe on top of your Jeep.

3 bars best.Very nice OEM looking, great price, quick install.
Easy install, will work well for a kayak, paddle-boards, skis, snowboards, lumber pickup at hardware store, or a couple bikes. Make sure to tighten down really tightly on the 2 bolts connecting to crossbars and 2 bolts on rain gutters section. Crossbars slid around a little on their mounts when I first installed, so I pulled them off and hand tightened those 2 bolts a little more. Not sure if the locks on side actually keep anything secure, or if can be unlocked by a screwdriver. I paid $200. Update 12:28: I didnโt hear any noticeable wind noise on fwy at 67 MPH or below. 03/10/2021: I decided to buy a 2nd pair. However, one of the cross bar arm bolts and nuts were defective this time and completely stripped so that 1 bar canโt be installed on the hard top. If seller can send me the new nut, that would be awesome. However, I do have 3 bars installed now (of 4) and will try attaching a rooftop tent. 3 bars should be plenty strong to hold 400 lbs.

Single person installation is doable if you take your time.
Very sturdy, but can be tricky to install. Single person installation is doable if you take your time. Instructions are a bit lacking due to translation issues, but are adequate enough to get you in the right direction. Would recommend having a tape measure handy to ensure proper alignment on the top as well as equal spacing of the bar overhangs. Overall would recommend as they are very sturdy and do not โlook cheapโ.

Defective pieces. Made in Chinaโฆ.
RETURNED. Made in China, which to me means very little quality review, if at all. Defective/stripped nuts that are needed to be tightened when you connect the rail โclawsโ to the bar. Video attached. I bought this as a returned item, which I do often to save money. Never had an issue till today. Part blame to manufacturer and part blame to Amazon for not doing the simple checks.

BUY 2, ONE FOR PARTS, ONE TO SEND BACK WITH THE BAD PARTS
I bought Snailfly because it looks just like the Mopar, has keys and is rated 15lb (165lb) more than the others, including the Mopar, for $100+- less than the Mopar. Reviews about even with the Mopar. Before I had a chance to send back the first one, the replacement showed up. A little threaded aluminum chip stripped out when trying to tighten to spec. Did it again with the replacement. This is where it gets interesting. So I take another part from the set to send back and reassemble more carefully. THE DIRECTIONS SNAILFLY SENDS ARE A COPY FROM THE MOPAR WEB. That might be why they're incomplete. And seemingly, WRONG! Clues; The Allenwrench and the capheads is 5mm not 4. Bigger better, right? Not when you try to torque it. Directions say 3.5Nm (25'lb). WRONG. You'll strip that chip! If you're using a hex socket like I did, leave the HFT Torque wrench in the tool chest. When tightening, do it like all you got is (or just use the) allen wrench that came with the set. If your Jeep has a nice matching color roof, throw a beach towel across the top so as not to scratch the paint while jostling the bar around. The directions look like the crossbars should be assembled from the factory and all YOU have to do is stick it on and tighten the end caps to the rain gutter. WRONG. First you assemble the "Tower" to the "Crossbar". Then put it on the roof, set Towers in rain gutters to desired distance, tighten enough to hold in place (evenly on both sides of course), set the crossbars even on both ends, get a good measurement and write all your spacing down for future use. Remove the crossbar assembly, lay upside down on flat surface and gently tighten Towers to Crossbar to your measurement. Now reinstall on Jeep and tighten the gutter part. Repeat for other end of top. (front/rear). Now those locking caps that make it seem better than the Mopar. At least it looks like it needs a key, (a false sense of security is better than none, eh?) a flat screwdriver was fine on mine. I discovered this when I used parts from the set I hadn't sent back yet to replace the stripped cap when my KEY got stuck. I stripped 2 with KEY issues. So I swapped parts around till all 4 ends worked smoothly, with a screwdriver. Everyone should have a screwdriver in their Jeep anyways. MY SPACING ( I don't have a rack to line up to yet, but use the Mopar directions if you want. At least the pictures help some.) FRONT: Tower; 3 1/4" from end of gutter. Crossbar on Tower 1 9/16" REAR: 5" and 2 3/16"

good quality
good quality ez to install the clamp system works on a wedge design . you can feel the bolt bottom out . it is tight plenty tight........ the bad part is the rubber top strip is hollow and ressess in to the beam making it usless .. i will be ordering some rubber belting to attach to the top of the beams. the rubber is to help keep the load from shifting its a must

Nice roof rack rails
These are not super difficult to install thought the instructions didnt help. Not a big deal. Spaced them out on teh roof to distribute a load easily. Look really nice and are super sturdy and strong

I installed the rack as instructed, but noticed that the adjustment was pretty weak. With the kayak on top, a cross wind ripped it off from the roof, scratching the sides very badly and breaking apart all the supports.

I purchased these racks for my '23 Wrangler. The fit/finish/quality is decent ofr the money and they mounted right up and seem fairly sturdy. My question: How can I contact Snailfly Customer Service to order parts? I cracked one of the plastic end covers (the foot cover, not the rail end cap) and would like to get a replacement. ON THAT NOTE: these caps don't seem like they'll survive many removal/replace cycles. Can anyone comment? Snailfly - can you please reach out to me with info where I can get replacements? Much thanks!
