Will this change my oil for me?

No. That would require a person to use the wrench or ratchet set provided.

I really like this starter tool set for my son. I am hesitant to purchase it, because it doesn’t come with a level. Why wouldn’t a level be included?

Good question. A level is not used as much as other tools and they made the decision not to add it probably. You can buy a small magnet level separate. That’s what I did for my sons tool starter kit. I also got him a small first aid kit as well. Just in case. Thanks for the question .😀

What is the ASN number?

I think you might mean the ASIN number. Amazon Standard Identification Number. For this item: B085C6LSW6 (pink tool set).
