I recently purchased the eufy security camera, and I couldn't be more impressed with its performance and features. This product is little expensive if you compare it with other cameras in same category, but works well with with my preexisting eufy cam setup. Its triggering even when there is no motion, hopefully it will get resolved with updates

Video clarity , night vision and motion detection are perfect. But when we speak through APP sometime dont reach user and speaker is not much enough for clear speak and talk.

Overall awesome Product, love this when compared to other pan&tilt came. Only worry is price is doubled when compared to US( $51 which is 4000 approximately after conversion.. but in india it cost around 9k.. doubled. Pros: 1.motion tracking :following the motion 2. Alert on detection on all / human / pet 3.Playback feature is awesome with speed 1X to 16X. 4.cloud recording ( cheap when compared to arlo) 5.quality of the product is robust 6.camera quality excellent ( in Day ,Dark with light ,with inbuilt camera lights very clear.)attached pic taken by camera with external light and built in. 7. Pan and Tilt 8.wide camera coverage of area .. ..120 or 130. 9.360 degree of rotation 10.we can mark the zone areas , so that camera move turns each zone area to capture. Cons: 1. When power / electricity goes off and comes back you need wifi - internet connection to continue the recording in cloud or memory card.in that case ,you need to make sure internet is on permanently to avoid missing of any recording. 2. Playback speed 1X.. 2X..up to 16X was working fine with 4G network but now it is asking to connect wifi internet to have this facility . till 8th January it was working fine. Post global issue on January 9th on 4 G network.. issue started.( attached screen shot 3rd one) 3. Even though motion tracking is good but there are some demerits .. like if camera follow the motion and meantime if you find any other motion on other side it will not detect as camera is following the other motion. 4. Cloud is not accessible via app , may be due to country specific issue. I need to send mail.

La cámara esta muy bien, es de buena calidad, el funcionamiento es bueno, la imagen es buena, el sonido esta bien, la grabación es de buena calidad y su funcionamiento de movimiento esta muy bien, el software es fácil de usar y tiene muchas funciones, los sensores son buenos, funcionan muy bien Es compatible con apple home pero pierde algunas funciones qué tiene en la aplicación oficial, pero si funciona Es recomendable ponerle la tarjeta de memoria, para que grabe unos días y tengan el respaldo, el software la va manejando Me gusto como funciona, hasta el momento todo bien Es tal como se describe, el envío estuvo todo bien sin problemas y llego el producto sin detalles

Un gros WOW pour moi! Je suis vraiment ravie de mon achat.Super facile à connecter, et faire le setup. En moins de 5 minutes, tout était fait. Les images sont hyper claires, le réseau à date, n’a jamais été un problème. Chacune des fois que je visionne LIVE., c’est un vrai charme! Le suivi de mouvements est super. On peut changer l’angle de la caméra , ou aller voir dans un coin particulier, à distance pour contrôler la caméra avec des petites flèches, c’est merveilleux! Le son aussi est parfait. J’ai mis une carte SD au cas où j’en aurais besoin. Vous pouvez enregistrer toute la journée si vous voulez. Vraiment je n’en reviens juste pas à quel point ça fonctionne bien., surtout pour le prix, surtout sans abonnement. Je l’utilise chaque jour. Cela fait environ seulement deux semaines que je l’ai , mais à date pour moi c’est une note de 100 % !! Elle tourne sur elle-même, et a quand même un bon jeu de bas en haut qu’on ajuste avec les petites flèches. Il n’y a pas d’image, gelée ou lente. On ajuste le niveau de sensibilité pour recevoir les alertes que nous voulons vraiment. Elle détecte les humains, les animaux de compagnie, ou tout autre , meme chose pour les sons. Vous pouvez éteindre la petite lumière indicateur. Et vous pouvez choisir de faire un suivi de mouvement ou non. Il y a le mode confidentiel aussi pour lorsque on est à la maison, on l’éteint et elle se met dans un angle que vous aurez choisi, exemple face au mur au plancher au plafond, peu importe.

Es una cámara de seguridad muy buena. Actualmente tengo cinco y todas funcionan perfectamente. La detección de personas y mascotas es muy precisa, lo que evita que el dispositivo se llene de notificaciones innecesarias, ya que puedes configurar alertas solo cuando detecta personas, mascotas o cualquier otro tipo de movimiento. También permite definir zonas de acción específicas, para recibir notificaciones únicamente cuando el movimiento ocurre dentro de esas áreas. No requiere suscripción mensual y se pueden usar tarjetas microSD para almacenar los videos. Aunque el respaldo en la nube no es costoso, yo lo utilizo solo en una cámara que tiene mayor riesgo de ser robada por estar en la cochera. Las recomiendo ampliamente.

Eufy has done it again with this Camera. This unit is AWESUM. Full of features (putting other camera companies to shame... hint hint Wyze) and the APP is GREAT compared to others. VERY user friendly. And of course the number 1 selling point for me. NO FEES!!!!!! NO EXTRA Monthly costs!!!! (if you do not want to use their cloud services) Hey a micro SD card works for me, no need for any one else to have access to anything I record. (Ya I know all companies say their clouds are private and secure... And they all are till they are not. Think about it.) The video is crisp and clear and no or very little lag. GREAT CAMERA!!!!!!!! Will be buying more of these cameras to replace others I have. UPDATE: 13 Feb 2023: I have to update this review due to the POOR customer service I've received from EUFY. This company used to be OK. I've got other cameras, and when I had issues in the past they were right on it to either fix or replace their product. Well something has drastically changed. I brought this camera over christmas time and it worked great till about 3 weeks ago. Then it stopped recording motion. It will record if you select continuous, but not just motion. I contacted Eufy multiple times looking for a fix. In the past I've had this issue and they promptly replaced the camera. This time however they keep saying they are aware of the issue and an update will fix it.... WHEN??????? Still waiting....... Still Waiting. Here is another thing I had to contact them multiple time just to get a response. Never was like that before. Sad a good company going BAD. I stand by what I wrote above as this is a GREAT camera for resolution and NO Service Fees, but seems like their customer service and issues are going to kill this company. I very much considering sending this camera packing and NEVER buying EUFY again. Buyer beware. UPDATE - 14 Mar 2023 - It really pains me that I have to add this review, but people need to be aware. In the past I have PRAISED EUFY for their quality and customer service on their cameras, but sadly as of late they are and have FALLEN Hard. Here's the story... So back in Dec 2022 I purchased this camera. It worked GREAT till EUFY did a software/firmware upgrade. From that point on it would not record motion. It would still record continuous 24/7, but not dect/record motion. Contacted EUFY and was told they knew about this issue and would be releasing a new firmware update soon. Well that was months ago. Anyways about a month ago I contacted them again to ask where the firmware update was... No date. So I told them I wanted my money back or a new camera. They sent me a new Camera and told me to keep the one I already had. Cool... Freebee. Great. It worked as advertised till It made me do the firmware update a day later. From that point on it had the same issue as above. Whatever.. Guess I can wait for the firmware update. Then last week the freebee camera they sent me stopped working all together. Keeps falling off line no matter what I do. Will not come on line unless I reset it, and then falls right back off line. Can't really call and complain to EUFY again now since they already gave me a freebee, so now I have one camera that does not work and one that works kinda. Not good. It seems like there is a trend here that EUFY's products are not living up to what they should. Shame too 'cause their visuals for their cameras are the best I've found for the price. But that being said, what good is that if the functionality isn't there. So here's where I stand for EUFY Cameras... I will not buy anymore of their cameras/products until they get their products fixed and I suggest others do the same... Let them fix their issues or fall through the floor. UPDATE: 25 Mar 2024: Changing my review once again... Sorry peoples. :-) Anyways since EUFY fixed their previous software update the cameras are working again as advertised. GREAT Cameras. Sorry if I confused whomever with previous reviews. I would recommend this product and would/will buy again. NO MONTHLY FEES!!!!!!!! Why can't other manufactures get it... We buy your product... We do not want to pay repeatedly for it's use.
