Hanes Women's Sweatpants, EcoSmart Fleece, Pocketless Open-Bottom Sweatpant, Regular & Petite

Other than the fact these run big they are great quality. I know sweatpants tend to shrink after washing, but they also tend to stretch after wear and these are big everywhere on me. I’m 5’5.5” (66.5 inches or 169-ish centimeters) I weigh 215-220 pounds (97-99 kilos or 15-ish stones) I typically wear 16-18 or XL/XXL and ordered the charcoal gray sweatpants. These are a great value and they are very soft and comfortable. I didn’t realize they don’t have pockets, but I’m going to keep them for lounging in the house because I still like them, especially for the price. If they had pockets I’d order more in a smaller size to wear to the gym, but I may still order another smaller pair for loungewear or pajamas.

Would give 5 stars but the sizing is weird. The weight and warmth of the material has been perfect for a mild, California winter. The inside of the material is soft and cozy. The outside is a bit rougher than typical sweatpants material, but I don’t mind that. I’ve washed them a couple times and there’s no shrinkage and so far no pilling. Im 5’6” 155lb and initially ordered the L. It’s comfy, but a little loose to the point where I’m readjusting them all day to keep them from sliding down. I decided to order a M to see if one size smaller would fit just a bit better. M is SO much smaller and shorter! It seems like more than just 1 size different!! The M is much too tight and shorter for me. I’m ordering another L to see if maybe my original one is actually a mislabeled XL. Might do the same for M to recheck that size too.

Soft and warm. Purchase size M (my size in jeans/ formal pants is 8). Seem good quality, only thing missing is pockets. For sweatpants to be worn on the cold season, such as these, pockets are a must and simply common sense.

I really wanted to loves these. They arrived and were super soft and comfortable and they fit perfectly. I’m 220 lbs 5’4 (XL) and the hugged just perfectly and came just to the top of my foot (so I wasn’t tripping over them!). They washed nice and I was thrilled with these hang out sweatpants. I loved the waistline as it had elasticity without a tight elastic band. It came to a little V in the front on the waistline. The pants were fuzzy and warm, and you can wear them to bed or wear them out on the town. The material is thick, but not heavy. However, after a couple of wears and washes, I noticed it began to pile in the crotch area and then I saw the first seem pull apart in the middle of the crotch (not the rear end area). The next wear, the seam pulled apart in the front. There are now two holes about an inch each in the seam line demonstrating that they were not sown very well and are not durable. I would not recommend these sweatpants given how quickly they fell apart in more than one place.

Despite the strange sizing, I LOVE these sweatpants! I wear a L, but I wear a S in these pants. So, Hanes sweatpants are 2 sizes bigger than my actual size. But so what? So I ordered and returned a size L and M to discover what size I take in these. It was worth the effort. I have ordered 3 of these for my boyfriend--yes, they are unisex--in white and black, and he LOVES them too. I've also ordered 2 more just yesterday for myself. Next, I will talk about the issue with length. I am 5'1", so the inseam of these pants is quite long. But here was my solution: I took a pair of kitchen scissors and shortened them. I have laundered them several times since, and there are no loose threads, no fraying. I would recommend doing this since they aren't shrinking in the dryer. These are one-of-the-kind. I can't find anything like them, and definitely not at this price point. Go for it!

Important to go by waist and length measurements from Hanes size guide.By doing so I got a terrific fit.Very pleased with the size Small petite.Could be worn with a nice sweater to "dress" them up as I plan to.Just received them so haven't washed as yet.Waist band lies flat and will be comfortable to wear. Recommend them and will be buying other colors.

I'm 5'6, 122-126lbs and the small is still too big. They don't fall off, they are just baggy. But they are so comfy! I love them, just wish they fit better.

These are incredibly cute. I love that they are just a little wider than straight fit, but they aren't huge. They never feel too hot but also keep me warm when the weather is cold outside. Also a great price!
