I purchased this server as new clearly received a used/returned product! No sytrofoam etc. Pieces could felt and heard shifting around in the box. Multiple scratches, a dent, a cracked lid, 1 of the 4 legs broken off, 2 discolored chafing pans and one with small rust spots. Will not exchange.

Didn’t work properly food cold after an hour vey disappointed. Returned item still awaiting a refund. Beware it is American so not work properly on uk voltage - advert didn’t indicate that.
