Great product and fast delivery

This product is amazing. My skin, hair and nails have never been better. My hair has gotten thicker just within a few weeks of taking these. Also I get biab done to my nails and nails just kept breaking or took forever to grow but by taking these my nail technician has noticed a massive difference in my nails strength and length wise. The only let down to this product is the smell of them however it is not unbearable

Good vitamins

I’ve purchased expensive product in the past but this product is just as good if not better. My hair has stopped falling out as much and my skin looks glowing. Not seen much regrowth of hair yet but far too early to see. Nails seem stronger after having acrylic, which just ruin your nails. Would highly recommend this product especially for someone in the perimenopause.

I haven't had them for long but so far, I'm happy with them I haven't had any proper breakouts since having them but the only problem is the scent it's disgusting it smells like a dead animal ass and it can taste funny if not swallowed Immediately and every time i have one like 5 minutes later I'm extremely tired but that might not be anything to do with the Vitamins otherwise if you don't mide the smell it good so far

My hair nails n skin r in much better condition. But the tabs r on the large size.
