Very easy to apply and you can forget about it till it's time to change it.It stays on after the shower and bath and it is absorbed easy into the skin without having to take tablet form.

Easy to use. Stays put well. Will see if my blood tests show improvement. I do feel less tired.

The last batch received (barcode X0018NLH8P), the stickers are stuck fast to the backing paper and it's impossible to remove the patch without bringing the backing with it! I think they've changed the patch?

These really improve my energy levels, can't be without them now. Great value for money and so much easier than remembering tablets each day.

Waste of money as they do not stay on anywhere (neck included)

Was slightly worried after reading some reviews that the patch doesn't stick so well, so what I did was used soap and water to wash skin area where patch will be applied and dried very well, then when I applied patch, I held it down for 20 seconds so it bonded to skin better, it stayed on for many days even though only needs to be on for 24 hours, its still early days to say if the vit b12 is working, but I think I am feeling slightly more energy as just today it is noticeable.

I've had these before and they seemed to work so back on them again. I find they're a better choice than the prescribed cynacobalamin option.
