Just beware not to overload as there is no circuit breaker. If pushed it will die. However APC tech support are brilliant. Review: Ships with non-genuine batteries that fail. Very dangerous. - On this particular model the batteries are laying on their side, so it's important that the batteries are capable & genuine. The batteries started leaking after just over 2 years of use, filling my house with toxic fumes. Upon opening the unit I was shocked to find that APC had used non-genuine Chinese batteries! I contacted APC support to enquire why they had used non-genuine batteries that they themselves do not recommend & they couldn't give me a straight answer. It's incomprehensible that APC insist on users using only genuine (and expensive) battery replacements when they don't even install genuine batteries on brand new units themselves. I won't use APC again. ## Features - 1600VA / 900W Backup Battery Supply - 6 IEC Battery Backup with Surge Protection Outlets - Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) protects connected devices by stabilizing incoming voltage levels - 1 Gb Dataline Network Protection safeguards your valuable data and devices - Ideal UPS for Home & Home Office Devices; Modem & Router, Smartphone, PC Desktop Computer, Network-attached Storage ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08G8WTFJV | | Amperage | 4 Amps | | Battery Cell Type | Lead Acid | | Battery Charge Time | 2 hours | | Battery cell composition | Lead Acid | | Best Sellers Rank | 2,050 in Computers & Accessories ( See Top 100 in Computers & Accessories ) 2 in Computer Uninterruptible Power Supply Units | | Box Contents | Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) | | Brand | APC | | Brand Name | APC | | Colour | Black | | Connector Type | ATX | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 3.3 out of 5 stars 197 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Metal | | Form Factor | Compact | | Frequency Range | 50Hz | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00731304410829 | | Input Voltage | 240 Volts | | Item Dimensions | 39 x 14 x 19 centimetres | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 19D x 39W x 14H centimetres | | Item Weight | 10.3 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | APC by Schneider Electric | | Manufacturer Part Number | BX1600MI | | Material | Metal | | Maximum Power | 900 Watts | | Model Number | BX1600MI | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Outlets | 6 | | Output Current | 15 Amps | | Output Voltage | 230 Volts (AC) | | Output Wattage | 900 | | Power Plug Type | No Plug | | Product Warranty | 2 year manufacturer | | Product dimensions | 19D x 39W x 14H centimetres | | Runtime | 1 minute | | Specification Met | IEC | | UPC | 731304410829 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Voltage | 230 Volts | | Wattage | 900 watts | ## Product Details - **Battery cell composition:** Lead Acid - **Brand:** APC - **Colour:** Black - **Product dimensions:** 19D x 39W x 14H centimetres - **Voltage:** 230 Volts ## Images ![Back UPS 1600VA - BX1600MI - UPS Battery Backup & Surge Protector, Backup Battery with AVR, Dataline Protection, Uniterruptible Power Supply,Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81TQWUyXgqS.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don’t overload *by A***E on 25 July 2022* Easy to setup just needed a couple of cables with right connections.
