The product is great, the delivery was catastrophic. The driver knocked at my door, and although there is a clear sign to wait for me, he went away without a word or a card to tell me where the item was. Furthermore, he said he left the item behind the wheelie bin and it was inside. Only today, going on the website, I saw that the item resulted delivered. Every Wednesday (yesterday) we have a bin collection. Luckily yesterday was the turn of the black bin, otherwise my things would have gone in the trash. On top of that, the driver went to the wrong house and to come to mine left two gates open in a high wind day. Terrible! For the future, it’s easier to put things in the garden container on the side of the house.

I used it to flavour a Persian recipe

Bought as I wanted to do a North African inspired slow cooked shoulder of lamb. I used the za'atar along with rose tahini, garlic, lemon and rosemary to rub and season the lamb, covered in foil then slow cooked for 5 hours. It was amazing! The aroma whilst it was cooking was so nice, and the gravy from the drippings had a nice gentle but full kick to it. I've since used it in lamb-burger recipes and as rubs on other meats as well as using it in a fajita recipe as a change. Would definitely recommend

I've never used this blend before but was pleasantly surprised by the flavours, I'm sure this will now become a staple herb mix in cupboard.

Very nice packaging difficult to open. …contents don’t have any flavour. It’s cheaper and you get much better quality at your local Arab/ethnic store. Don’t waste your money on this.

Tastes nice, strong flavour
