Quality Oil Filter
I have been installing this oil filter every time I've changed the oil in my 2016 Ford F150, 2.7L V6, since I bought the truck new. I have never had any known engine oil or oil filter related issues while using this product. I only use full synthetic motor oil. My truck currently has 53k on the odometer and still runs great! The filter comes with 3 replacement rubber "O" rings; 2 large and 1 small, which should be replaced on the plastic oil filter housing unit every time you change your oil. Consider using a razor blade to cut/remove the old "O" rings from the oil filter housing. The only complaint that I have is installing the small "O" ring on the oil filter housing. Installing the small "O" ring will seem like an impossibility but it can be done with a little persistence and applying a small amount of lubrication to the "O" ring. Just ensure that you maintain control of the small "O" ring during installation! Sometime it can pop/slip from your fingertips during installation and launch itself a considerable distance away from you! After installing the new filter into the filter housing unit and re-installing it back into the top of the engine, I would recommend using a torque wrench to prevent accidental over tightening. Remember, the filter housing is made out of plastic and you do not want to crack it!

This is the Correct Filter for the 2.7L Ecoboost on the F-150
I guess I'll be the 100th guy to say it: This is in fact, as per the F-150 manual, the correct oil filter for the 2015-2016 2.7L. I don't know why Amazon hasn't updated it yet, especially since the filter they say is the correct fit is the wrong fit. Anyway, FL2062 is correct. EDIT 16NOV2020: I noticed a bunch of negative reviews because we are now getting the 2062-A instead of the 2062. The 2062-A IS the new version Motorcraft is sending out. It is NOT a fake. It would help if Amazon would remove the image of the old style filter with the rubber end caps and replace it with an image of the updated filter, along with updating the description to "2062-A". For what it's worth, the first time I got the 2062-A and opened the box in the middle of an oil change, I panicked and thought I got a knock-off as well. Some quick googling settled me down. :) Upper O-rings are super easy. Lower O-ring comes off easy with a tool, but it can be a bit of a pain to get the new one on. I just did the first oil change on my 2016 and I sent that little sucker flying at least three times before I finally worked it over the "nose" of the filter shaft. The housing tightens down to only 18 ft lbs, which if you don't have a torque wrench, just means don't overtighten it. A few tips if you're doing your oil change for the first time (applies to the F-150): 1) Find yourself a drill driver with an 8mm socket to remove the heat shield. It's a total pain to do it with a socket wrench (ask me how I know) but it's a very quick and easy on-off with a power driver. 2) The drain plug is a funky plastic contraption that only turns 120 deg, and you can actually even remove it with your fingers. Be prepared for oil to shoot out in a giant stream! Have a large pan available, and you might want to hold it up with one hand the first time you do it to catch the oil and so you can see where proper pan placement is so you don't get oil over everything. 3) Note that if you just turned the engine off before you pulled the plug, you'll need to wait a good 20-30 minutes for the oil to drain. It takes that long for the oil to slowly work its way back down the heads to the pan. There's actually a TSB out on it because dealer techs weren't waiting long enough and were overfilling the engine (because it also takes a good twenty minutes after you put the new oil in to get a proper reading on the stick as well).

NOT A FAKE! FL2062 is now superseded by FL2062A
First off - this is not a fake. FL2062 (rubber ends, red o-rings) has been superseded by FL2062A. Local OReilly's had the same part w/o the rubber ends. It has a FoMoCo stamp, and is made in Brazil. I can't speak for those receiving any made in China. Initially I had cause for alarm when I opened the filter box and came here (where I've bought in bulk to stock up in the past) to see if anyone else had concerns. A lot seem to still have concerns - so here's a review to reassure you. The filter design has clearly been changed for affordability, but functions fine. The O-rings are now x2 blue, and a small black vs. all three being red (if color threw you off). All the important things are the same with the seal interface, length, diameter etc. Yes - it does seem more flimsy, so be gentle... So if you have concerns - fret not and carry on (maybe if it says made in China).

Lower O-Ring Difficulty
I, too, just did my first oil change on my 2018 Lincoln MKX 2.7L turbo. I watched numerous YouTube videos so I knew what I was up against. The only difficulty was getting the small o-ring off/on on the bottom of the canister stem. I purposely went out and bought some mechanic's picks, as suggested, to make the job easier. The small one came off not too badly, mainly because it was stiff and dry, and actually just broke in half after a bit due to the pick piercing it. No big deal as it gets thrown away anyway. I struggled trying to get the new o-ring on. I don't think trying to do it while holding it with one hand and using the pick with the other is the way to go. I poked myself twice with the pick trying to slide/force the o-ring downward. I then held the canister down on a tabletop for support with a rag underneath and then began to tug the ring down. Finally, I got it over the bulge and it went right into place! You do have to use some good force to stretch it and slide it at the same time. I think I was trying to be too gentle with it initally. The new one is soft and pliable so you can toy with it without worry, I think. If you are using a pick, don't piece the ring with the point of the pick. Make sure the sharp point is always below the ring itself so you don't damage/weaken it. If I can do the oil change, anybody can!
