Works great for my G20, huge upgrade from the wired enet cable and adapter. This I can have plugged in all the time and open bimmerlink or whatever app whenever I want and it automatically connects. Such a big convenience factor. Basically the price of a enet cable + adapter and works very fast as if it was wired.

used to code my 2020 bmw g20 and it worked perfectly. Not sure why someone would get the one that cost over 60 or 70$. this one works just fine with bimmercode and bimmerlink and many other apps.

Great it really work

I bought the vgate vLinker BM Pluse OBD2 Scanner for my 2012 BMW 550i xdrive. I am able to access hidden settings and make adjustments through my phone. I am also able to set up a customized dashboard on the app on my phone that gives me real-time data of my cars engine performance such as turbo boost, speed, rpms, etc. I changed lighting settings such as drl brightness intensity and changed the halogen to LED so it didn't throw error codes when I changed the fogs to LED. Awesome for car enthusiasts and those when like tinkering with their cars. I recommend the vgate vLinker BM Plus to anyone who wants access to hidden settings on their car.

This thing is VERY difficult to use and the instructions are VERY confusing. Connectivity is terrible. It almost left my car unable to run correctly because it kept resetting to the start screen and/or disconnecting. I had to keep unplugging the module and restarting my phone. Finally after about 90 minutes, I got it to revert to the backup so my car could return to normal functions. It claims to work with iPhone but it is clear it is more for Android and they sort of make it work for iPhone, albeit confusingly. My next action is to return it.

Worked flawlessly. Paired with bimmercode with no problem. Definitely worth it. Plug and play.
