I had a problem with my Repel umbrella. Although it was still fully functional after about six years of use, the screw-on cap had broken off. I contacted Upper Echelon Products on the afternoon of March 23, 2026 to see if it might be possible to obtain a replacement cap. I was absolutely amazed by what happened next. Not only did they respond quickly and politely to my email, they shipped me an entirely new umbrella—and I received it in under 24 hours! I want to give a special thank-you to Zia and the rest of the team for their truly outstanding service. This level of customer care is almost unheard of today. It’s rare to see a company stand so strongly behind its product, even years later. I am extremely impressed and very grateful to be their customer.

自動開閉でかわいいデザインの折り畳みがなかなかありません。 今はこちらを使ってます。 電車内で長い傘だと満員電車になった際、自分も不快だし周りにも迷惑をかけるので折り畳み傘を使っています。 重いし、コンパクトではないですが自動開閉なので納得して使ってます。 付属のケースは多分傘作成時に余った端切れで作ったのかな？単色の傘と同じ生地の簡易的な袋がついてきました。 なので、中にマイクロファイバー付きのケースを買って使用しています。
