I've ordered 2 of these heating pads. The first one I had for almost a year, but then accidently rolled over and broke the cord with my office chair wheel. A freak thing really. I ordered and received a second in Nov. of 2025. In Feb 2026 it just stopped turning on; everything on it was intact. I contacted the seller about it, they responded quickly and offered a replacement. I had the replacement within the week. I would definitely recommend this product and company. The heat is amazing, great control. I love the size because it not only hits my shoulders but also my lower back.

Purchased this heating pad for my wife to help ease pain and discomfort in her lower back, and shoulders. She loves that it wraps around her neck, and that she is able to use whether she is standing, sitting or laying down. The controls are straight forward, and the digital readout is easy to read. It actually displays a temperature, and not just a series of lights to let you know how warm it is. Quality appears to be very good and so far no issues.

Love this thing, it works great and is a nice soft material. Warms up quickly. I do wish the time settings were more than 90minutes and that it wouldn't have to reset each time.

This heating pad, came safe in a water proof pouch, in it’s own box. Works well. Is on a timer of 30, 60 and 90 minutes from lowest of 100 to 150 degree Fahrenheit, as the highest setting. If one can tolerate the heat one can go higher, up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The setting will start the heating pad at 100 degree Fahrenheit, on the monitor. But in reality, after setting, the monitor shows the lowest temperature that the heating pad has to start working off of the room temperature and it will show the existing room temperature briefly as the heating pad will gently and rapidly try to rise to 100 degree Fahrenheit, on the monitor. Example: if one’s home is at 65 or 70 degrees or even lower, the monitor shows that room temperature and starts warming rapidly to 100 degrees and then shows the higher setting that it is working on to reach, from the 100 degrees to the desirable higher heat, with persisting blinking. The LED light shuts off, while the pad is working, after a short while. But, if one wants to check the current temperature of the heating pad, one can do so by gently pressing on the heating pad’s “on and off “ sign on the monitor, just once, with out actually shutting off the heating pad, which need 2 presses, the LED light will come to life and one can easily read this lighted monitor very easily. Suppose the timer was set for 90 minutes of heat, at one’s desired temperature, when the monitor, shows 8-10 minutes left, then it starts to cools off, after providing 80 minutes of raising and sustaining heat. After 80 minutes, the heat starts to shut off slowly and there is really no heat sustaining, unless one wants to increase the heat, at this time, as one can feel the cooling off. The monitor has an on/off switch with 3 time adjustments at 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes. There is a ‘+’ and a ‘-‘ for increasing or decreasing the temperature. The pad is pretty big to cover the entire back of a man of average size and shoulder pads with extension to the front to stay snugged and 2 ties on the lower side of the pad, at the lower abdomen , if one wants to tie these ties, the tied up ties with a easy slip knit, will let the heating pad stay firm in place. Safe to use. The pad has a synthetic grey cover which is soft synthetic Chanel like fabric and feels comfortable on the skin. The heated pad is equipped with auto shut off, after the set timing has been reached. Then, if one wants more heat, one can reset the monitor. Easy on children, due to the simple mechanism. But, please always monitor the elderly, invalid, sick people and definitely children. Any one can make a mistake and set it up too high of a heat setting that one cannot tolerate and can easily become uncomfortable with higher heat.

This really does feels like a hug. Another review convinced me to give this a try, and I’m so glad I did. I deal with a lot of back and neck pain, especially from long hours sitting at my desk, and while it might look a little silly, it has made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort. The design is thoughtful; the waist tie keeps it securely in place so I’m not constantly readjusting it, which is something I’ve struggled with using traditional heating pads. I originally considered buying a cheaper heating pad to drape over my shoulder, but this provides more coverage and feels significantly softer and more comfortable. One of my favorite features is the weight around the neck portion. It’s not heavy, but just enough to feel grounding and relaxing, like a lightly weighted neck wrap. The heat distribution feels even, and it warms both my neck and upper back at the same time, which is where I tend to hold tension. I’ve been using this consistently for over a week now, and it feels well-designed and durable. I have yet to see if I'm able to claim it as F/HSA purchase, but for the comfort and relief it provides, I definitely think it’s worth the price.

This RENPHO King Size Heating Pad works great and the extra-large size is one of the best features. It covers a big area, which makes it perfect for my neck, shoulders, and upper back. The larger size really helps spread the heat where it’s needed instead of just heating one small spot. The controls are simple and easy to use, and the cord is long enough to use comfortably while sitting in a chair or on the couch. This Renpho electric heating pad has been a good companion to alleviate back pain after strenuous activities. It appeared to have helped me heal and reduced further injury. Pros: Good design. Buttons are intuitive and responsive. Plus and minus for temperature, clock for timer, and power. Heats up fast (probably 60 seconds). I alwaye use the maximum 150 Fahrenheit. The price is fair IMO. Cons (all minor complaints): The button to secure the pad just under your neck is a bit difficult to clip and too easy to come apart. The control is on the cable at a position that can drag or drop on the ground, so I have to tie it up close to me. The pad isn't very hot on the neck. Overall, it's been very useful for me over the last five months. I have several Renpho items, and they are all solid.

This thing is amazing, I've had it for about an hour and it's like sitting in a warm bath. I got the XL because I'm larger but also I want coverage of my whole back. I'd love if it wrapped around your sides a little more but I can't complain, major upgrade from those reheatable packs.
